What counts as a “door”?▾
A door is a single billable unit or lot in the association — one home, condo, or platted lot. Common areas and amenities aren’t counted.
How does the $99 minimum work?▾
Your monthly total is the greater of $99 or your door count times $20. Smaller associations (four doors or fewer) land at the $99 minimum; everyone above scales linearly at $20 per door.
Are there setup or migration fees?▾
Onboarding a community from its current tools is part of getting started — we’ll scope your migration with you before you commit. Talk to us for specifics on your association.
What about payment processing?▾
HOAM never takes custody of association funds. Owner payments settle through your own connected processor and bank; card and ACH network fees are set by that processor, not by HOAM.
